Refund Policy
This policy is a plain-language working document. It should be reviewed by qualified legal counsel before public launch.
Cancellation
You may cancel renewal at any time from your Account page. Cancellation stops your next scheduled charge. Access continues through the end of your current paid term and is not prorated.
Monthly Memberships
Monthly memberships are non-refundable once billed. Cancel renewal before your next billing date to avoid the next charge.
Annual Memberships
Annual memberships are refundable in full within 14 days of the initial charge if you have not generated or downloaded any final deliverables (Phase 5 résumés or the Executive Identity Profile). After that window, or once any final deliverable has been generated, annual memberships are non-refundable; your access continues through the end of the paid year.
Duplicate or Erroneous Charges
Contact us within 60 days at support@knownandbuilding.com and we'll investigate promptly.
